Tesla sparkles on 2014 like visitors from outer space, which drew the most attention from customers all over the world.

Basically, I am seldom attractive by Tesla motors but crazy for the soldiers behind them. Despite a fabulous Sequoia at home, I was unable to control natural fanaticism and then placed the order. Because what I bought is not Tesla but the crazy stories behind it.

In the shopping mall in Los Angeles, which is home to a wealth of many top department stores, such as Sears and Roebuck, North-storm, Macy's, etc.

The visitors to the mall ,will be more than 10,000 everyday .

Apple , and Tesla have their own stores to exhibit their products.

There’s a tremendous difference between Tesla’s store , and traditional auto experience.

In the Apple store, they have limited models of Iphone models

The experience mimics supermarkets and department stores.

So many people, and a very intense sales environment.

In The Tesla store, a small 2000 square feet, with 2 shop assistants and 1 displayed motor-vehicle , and a sample of the Tesla chassis.

The entire design of motors is rather simple.

The former engine cabin is totally empty of traditional motors, which turns into a huge luggage compartment.

There is no gearbox of engine.

One motor is installed at the end of chassis, and lithium battery is above the chassis.

The motors would be powered by lithium battery to drive the two wheels.

The control core for motors is an auto PC between cab and copilot, which adopt a 17 inch LCD equal to the display size of 2 Ipad.

All motor data can be displayed on it, and information came from outside also can be got from Internet.

Basically, there’s a gap on the automotive technology between Tesla and German top autos,

But why does Tesla, focus on the Full Electric auto field, and global customer groups?

Why can’t Tesla get more interest from customers?

However, we would have to talk Elon Musk, the entrepreneurial hero of Tesla.

He was born in South Africa in 1971 and finished his secondary education in Canada.

Then he was admitted to the University of Pennsylvania.

The biggest dream of his life came true when he came to the United States.

USA is a place that made his dream come true, as well as a place to make the impossible possible.

In 1999, Elon Musk sold his company ZIP2 to Compaq for 22 million.

After three years, Compaq was got bought out by HP. Elon Musk suddenly became the technology idol of Silicon Valley.

The dramatic change of technology was dazzling and overwhelming.

After selling ZIP2, Elon Musk began fulfilling his dream fo his second pioneering work of his life

He set up PayPal , and held 11.7% share.

In 2002, PayPal was took over by eBay with 1.5 billon US dollars. Elon Musk also gained 0.18 Billion US dollars.

Maybe the money comes easily?

Elon Musk also founded Space Exploration Technologies Space X with amazing courage and imagination, while setting up of Paypal.

After selling Paypal in 2002, Elon Musk made risky investments towards Tesla Motors in Silicon Valley in 2004 and got the post of president of this company.

Since the failure of satellite launching for Space X, it nearly used up Elon Musk’ capital and Tesla Motors also suffered operating losses for ten years.

This made Elon Musk the enterprise management seem getting a fishbone stuck in the throat.

Many world class motor companies have made much attempt and effort in the field of electric car these years.

Since the battery cost remains obstinately high and insufficient lifespan, the electric car still cannot become the product for mass sales in the market.

How to break the spell is always haunting in his mind.

Compared with those slow decision-making and senile tradition motor companies, the Silicon Valley- born Tesla Motors seems to unique at the very beginning.

Tesla adopts flating management like the most companies.

Every employee does not have separate office as well as the boss, and all of them are working in an open room.

In 2008, it seems to being at its wit's end because of financial crisis and Tesla Motors’ continuous losses.

To solve the financial difficulties, Elon Musk invested the remaining 40 million US dollars. For most of people, it’s so crazy. They don’t understand why Elon Musk devoted the remainings to the electric car where no hope exists.

If without the 40 million US dollars, Tesla factory would be closed down, which means the dream for electric car would be broken completely for Elon Musk.

As a captain of electric car field, he should stick to his post whatever happens.

At the beginning of 2010, the US president Obama visited Tesla factory locating at Silicon Valley in California, and then Tesla got the governmental soft loan with 0.465 billion US dollars successfully.

Therefore, the factory got the start-up capital for product line and the company began to gain orders from the market.

United States is a miraculous country.

In 2010, Tesla Motors was a company under debt and severe losses.

But in July, Tesla listed on Nasdaq successfully and obtained much financing in the stock market.

A dramatic comeback happened with Tesla .

Within just a few years, and Tesla auto was reborn again at Elon Musk’s lead.

For many years’ technology accumulation and product research, Tesla appeared at lightning speed .

From 2004 to 2014, Tesla is still a very young company ,for a traditional manufacturing industry in US.

But for Chinese company, 10 years is such a long time when one’s hair turns from black to white.

People always just see the victory and cheering of winners in the world, but 99% losers would disappeared like stars in the dark.
